Melting Moments
Ingredients
375g Butter/margarine
185g Icing Mixture
1 3/4 cup Self Raising Flour
1 3/4 cup 1/2 custard powder and 1/2 cornflour
Vanilla essence /paste
Method
Cream butter and icing sugar together until smooth, add vanilla
Add dry ingredients
Mix well
Spray biscuit tray with pure and simple or similar
Roll biscuit mixture in to small balls
Press onto tray with fork
Bake moderate oven for 10 minutes.
Please note the flavour of these biscuits made be easily changed to suit every taste.
For example;
• Push thumb print in centre and add a teaspoon of jam and wella Jam drop biscuits
• Add choc chip pieces and cocoa powder and you have chocolate chip cookies
• Add pecan nuts , white, dark chocolate plus a little cocoa and you have triple choc cookies with pecan nuts-one may drizzle melted choc over for added effect.
• Add 1/2 cup of smashed macadamia nuts with 1/2 cup of white choc drops and yum yum
• Add 1/2 cup sultanas and 1 cup of cornflakes to the outside of the biscuits before placing on tray

Pavlova
Ingredients
3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 dessertspoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks
Beat in sugar, vinegar, cornflour and vanilla.
Bake in slow oven 130-150 for 30 minutes turn off oven and leave Pavlova in over night to dry out.

Savoury Muffins
Ingredients
4 cups grated carrot
4 cups chopped vegetables (zucc/capsicum/shallots etc.)
4 cups S/R flour
1 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1 cup sliced fried bacon
Salt
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
Method
Mix dry ingredients together in bowl
Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl
Pour wet into a well in the centre of the dry
Makes 12 large muffins
Can finish with a cherry tomato grated mozz cheese and parmesan
Bake in oven 25 mins 180
