Christmas client story

One of my clients at Christmas asked me to design some special gifts for some of his clients. I took the order and told him to come back with a few little personal likes of each of his clients which he did. I personalized a range of gift’s for his clients, one of the gifts was for a principle of a college she loved Worstershire sauce with a passion. So guess what we put in her special basket………..

Gerry rang me 3 weeks later and said Jan you won’t believe it but you and your basket just sealed me a three year contract and the thing that pushed us over the line was that tip you gave me about personalizing each gift.
